Score Cards

Official Score Cards can be picked up at the tournament tent. Stop by before your games and pick up 3 or 4 of them depending on your bracket.

Non Rostered player

This is for new players that did not play in the 2024 spring season. This registers them and will be able to play any other tournaments this season.

Guest Player Release Form

A Guest Player Release Form is required for all Guest Players. All required signatures must be present before it will be accepted.

All players must have a Medical Release Form present at the tournament. We do not need to see these, but you must have them.

Academy Player Registration

An Academy Player Registration is required for all Academy Players. Cleburne Soccer Association can register new Academy Players for any NTSSA registered Academy team.

All Academy Teams must turn in an Academy Team Tournament Roster with the required signatures.

This is NTX and the States Coaches sheet and list of what responsibilities the coaches have. This is a CTC requirement for all coaches.

The 2024 Chisholm Trail Classic soccer tournament has been sanctioned by North Texas State Soccer Association

Return to play Parent and Player Responsibilities

This is NTX and the States parent and player sheet with a list of responsibilities that the players and parents have. This is a CTC requirement for all players.
